Getting serious

Statistical data has always been a part of research and innovation, this was an assignment to develop the visual aspect of statistics and how they can be presented and consumed visually to convey the information faster. the presentation What's the means to convey this with the whole class looking at others' presentations made me understand more about this topic and how can I improve on it. I have never worked with statistics before and this assignment Introduced a whole new area for me to look into. after looking at my classmate's presentation I know how and where I need to improve upon.

Another thing that I learned this week was a bit of technical knowledge regarding audio editing and recording. as we had to start recording the episode for our podcast. I learned how to handle the pieces of equipment and how to use the editing software, how much time it takes to set up a simple recording session and how much work goes into it. I surely have a newfound respect for employees with technical skills in the entertainment industry who work with this. without their input, it is really impossible to get good-quality Recordings for the content in Focus.

It was my very first experience with a podcast I did not know how it was going to play out. I was very nervous in the beginning and had a whole script prepared to speak but surprisingly after a certain point and my colleagues when talking about different topics on the episode we started to slowly blend into a conversation and forgot about this script for stop when we checked the whole episode again it was more natural and better when it was not scripted instead of being structurally prepared of what to speak since then we decided to just use basic pointers to speak rather than dedicated script. enter the topic for the podcast was based on creativity and you will be able to see it more on our website comma Instagram page and listen to our podcast
